You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than one full-length practice exam. Email support@nationaltradesinstitute.com with your order number, or reply to your receipt.
Course purchases are non-refundable after 7 days or once more than one full-length practice exam has been completed. If you do not pass your examination, our Study Until You Pass policy extends your access at no charge (see our Terms of Service).
Monthly extensions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not issue partial refunds for the current month.
Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method. Course access ends when a refund is issued. Examination and application fees paid to the state, Professional Testing, Inc. or Pearson VUE are paid to those organizations and are not refundable by us.
